Little workout

Thigh gap time !?

In, lets see here. We want a thigh gap but don't know how to get one..get your lazy butt up and exercise ! It's the only way. With a little motivation, who knows how far you'll go.

A few thigh targeted exercises are laying on your side and raise one leg up about 30 times then switch. Do two sets a day

Also there's the heel pulse exercise that targets inner thighs perfectly. Try them.

So a suggested thigh gap workout should be
20 jumping jack's
30 crunches
2 sets of 20 on heel pulse each leg
20 each leg on sideways leg lift
40 sideways scissors
50 jumping jacks
Jogging in place for 5 minutes

That's great exercise. Though running or biking are better options. Try yoga. Though it's not as effective as cardio, it still works

Remember eat healthy and safely. 5 times a day is the key. Get atleast an hour of physical activity daily.
